"Property and location was first class. However as no layout of the property was included it could have been a problem with the toilet being down a steep staircase for a couple with mobility issues. I think the layout should be included. As at the time of our visit I had a knee problem and would have booked a ground floor apartment if I had known the layout of the apartment I had booked "

"The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...

"Having travelled over 250 miles we arrived at the apartment.
Problem No.1 - The surrounding area was littered with dumped items, a sofa, beds, car parts etc, it looked like a junk yard.
No.2 - Bearing in mind I had paid in advance, and had confirmation of our booking. - We arrived to find the apartment already occupied by a family who arrived eariler in the day and had paid more.. We had had no communication from the `hotel` despite my previous email requesting check in information.

"Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. Go up to the flat, where I was presented with a dirty and messy flat, all the lights on and windows fully open. With it being ground-floor, anyone could have easily got into the unit.
