"Everything good and easy"

"The room was still dirty items in trash cans and the tub was gross too many people Ignorant staff We waited more than an hour for one ride that kept breaking down I will never go back "

"Breakfast was very basic, coffee was refilled eventually during time. The main lobby area is comfortable with a small area to purchase sodas/snacks. Room was clean, bed/pillows very comfortable, towels and sheets new, shampoo/wash in shower, complimentary bottled water. Good size closet, could use some sort of hook or towel bar. Our TV never worked, we kept resetting but it could not connect to network. I did not report it since we already had to move once because our bathroom door would not stay closed (they did move us without issue) The fridge did not chill but we didn’t need it. We were on first floor and able to park near room but this also meant that our neighbors continual smoking outside our room was very unpleasant. Be aware it is more of a motel style with office separate than rooms if that is important for your stay. It is a very good location with many restaurants and shopping, short drive to beach. "

"Room dresser drawers would not close. Had to put the luggage stand in front of it. The closet back was coming apart. The bathroom had missing trim or tile behind the toilet."

"The room has an unusual smell when we check in. I tried opening the window for hours, but the smell persists. I suspect it’s the old air conditioning system that’s causing the issue."

"I usually stay at double trees becauseI find they are consistent quality. This particular double tree is in need of renovations. Its nothing terrible but just many little things adding up. The flange around the shower head wasn't attached to the wall so you can see the hole where the pipe goes in. The bathroom was clearly painted over wall paper. The peep hole on the door wasn't attached right so i had to rotate it around to make sure the peep hole was covered. I was there for 3 nights and there were multiple big greasy handprints on the window in the hall by the elevator that were never cleaned. One of the elevators wasn't functioning. My husband had to call one day because the toilet wasn't functioning (it was fixed while we were out). You need to ask for someone to let you into the little convenience store area, so there isn't anything readily available to eat after the morning buffet closes. Oh and you are paying for parking in their parking garage. None of that is all that terrible but also for 200 a night I expect a little better, or at least fewer issues. The staff were nice. The bed was comfy. It was close to where I needed to be (but not right in the middle of everything). I will probably try a different hotel next time I am in the area, but wouldn't go so far as to say I would never stay there again - particularly if renovations occur."

"Not the easiest place to navigate but there are a ton of things to do. I did find loose pretzels on a chair in my room. Overall the room was clean and neat. Beautiful view from my room "
