"Everything went well with check-in. We had dinner and were ready for bed, only to realize the bed's box spring was broken and found ourselves sinking in the middle of the mattress. We phoned the front desk multiple times from our cell phones, no response. We then visited the front desk, separately, and told they were overbooked and could not help us. They stated they'd leave a note for the next shift supervisor to assist, but afyer speaking with the front desk team, no such thing was done.
The audacity to ask guests to submit a review online to not be charged the $3 parking fee.
I get it...your facility is under construction, but your customer service and service issue resolution should be above and beyond, given the circumstances."
