"Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expect from Marriott. The room was outdated, had a strong musty smell, and the hotel appeared run-down. Of the three elevators, only one worked, resulting in long waits throughout our stay.
We were also concerned about cleanliness. The bed linens did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as we both woke up with itchy skin after the first night. The bathroom soap also had an unpleasant odor.
