"This property is probably best for families with young children that need the extra space. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The location is the highlight with easy walking to anywhere you would want to go."

"Our room was nice but it grossed us out a bit when we laid down on the beds and saw mold spots all over the ceiling. The bar was a nice amenity but also would have liked a better heads up about the daily “destination fee” that covered two drinks per room (not per person) per night and valet parking. Not great options for parking other than valet. Convenient location to a ton of good bars and restaurants so it’s convenient to walk everywhere."

"Nice large king bedroom with large bathroom. Nice rooftop bar and nice pool with a good bar selection. Didn't try the restaurant but heard good things. They have bicycles you can use to get around town as well. Off the beaten path but right along the river walk. Only small issues were the room didnt have a full length mirror and wish it had a microwave and more seating as there was only one chair available but room for a chaise at minimum. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Savannah"

"The rooms were very clean and well stocked. No coffee maker but freshly ground coffee served 24/7 in lobby. Roof top Pool and hot tub very nice. Only complaint is one day our room wasn’t serviced but front desk addressed immediately."

"All staff at The DeSoto were fantastic. From the valet( GIO) , to the front desk check in (MIMI) and to both bartenders at the bar. Best old fashion. Great hotel"
