The ceiling was caved in and it was noisy the receptionist was not helpful courteous or offered any solution. We immediately left and was not offend an apology or a refund. Plus it was in one of the most dangerous areas of Guyaquil. Expedia you should remove this place from your listing for the safety of your guests"
