Dunes Village Resort

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Dunes Village Resort, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was amazing—warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The exterior pool at the Palmetto Tower was a real treat! It was wonderfully warm, especially once the temperatures started to cool off later in the evenings. And our 10th-floor view was simply incredible—we had the best views of the ocean, along with absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It truly added something special to our family vacation. The one area I would love to see improved is housekeeping. A little more attention to the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the rooms would really elevate the experience. Aside from that, Dunes Village gave our family a wonderful stay filled with great memories, and we will definitely be back!"

"Very nice and clean, specious 3 bedroom hotel, expect time to check in the room wasn’t ready when I arrived and driving for 8 hours with 2 kids wasn’t fun. The receptionist that helped me wasn’t polite, not what I needed after a long drive. After I received a called that the room was ready that receptionist and the receptionist in checking out were nice."

"The stay was exquisite. We will only stay here going forward. We were the most impressed with the turn down service! Eye glass cloths for our glasses and bookmarks for our books. They went above and beyond the normal turn down with ice, water, slippers and mood lighting. 5 star with the best customer service in the South!"

"The rooms were clean i loved the view sun and wind. I will stay there next year for the whole week .we stay at the dayton it was horrible no wind.so next year it will be here loved it"

"The staff has always been amazing and the location is perfect in the downtown district. We reduce the stars because the noise levels are not great for sleeping. If the could figure out how to reduce room to room and hallway noise it would be 5stars all day"
