"Always check the sheets 1st thing and it was obvious they were NOT changed prior to check in ( sand and pubic hair on them. Went to front desk they immediately gave us another room. That wasn’t much better ( dirty towel on the floor and food on the floor and yes took pics of everything) at this point we just wanted to get to bed. "

"Perfect spot to enjoy the Island and all its glory. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the view was perfect from the balcony. Clean and accommodating. My second stay here and would plan on it again. "

"Front staff was nice and knowledgeable on where to eat locally. Rooms were clean, spacious and included full-size fridge, 2 burner cooktop & microwave. A comfortable fulls size recliner was in each room. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the room. Nice pavilion/seating area with cornhole & horseshoes around back. Walking distance to shopping plaza with Walmart & food options. Great, quiet stay. "

"You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay."

"The property was a good place to stay and in a great location. I felt safe and the room was always clean! The water pressure was pretty low, so it was difficult to shower. Overall, the bathroom was a bit run down. However, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! There was a power outage on my day of checkout. She was so helpful in assisting me in getting my extremely heavy bags down three flights of stairs. I could not thank her enough! Without her help I would have not been able to do it...
