"Very clean, the staff were attentive and always happy to help. My 3 days their were pleasant and I used their small fitness room which was great to have available along with my coffee and breakfast every morning."

"I liked that we had our own little cottage. Although we didn't cook in the kitchen but it seemed well stocked with it and to cook with. Only downfall was that the indoor pool was too cold and the hot tub inside I wish had stronger jets. I would stay here again."

"Room and grounds were clean. However the TV remote in the bedroom was missing, the overhead light in the bathroom didn't work, and both the shampoo and bath gel was empty. I did inform them when we checked out. Also we do understand this is a Timeshare but we don't appreciate the sales pressure to go listen to a sales pitch."

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Room was well-ordered, clean, and beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was a good start to our day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again. It was a short, easy drive to the Williamsburg Historical site and also some good restaurants (Food for Thought restaurant would also be a high recommend!)"

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. I really appreciate the new bar & grill in the hotel, it's a nice option if you don't want to go out to eat. The only negative is that the beds are not comfortable, the mattress is too hard."

"My new favorite place to stay when Im in Williamsburg. I have stayed here by myself and with my spouse. I cannot wait to bring my kids along next time. Very clean and family friendly. The shower in the master bathroom is to die for ! Staff very helpful and friendly. Love it here !"
