This is a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is small but cozy, simple enough for a nice stay. Breakfast is a buffet, plenty of choices. We will return next time we are in the city.

En cuanto al Servicio y Personal le pongo una calificación de Terrible debido a que el día domingo 24 de Agosto durante el desayuno a las 7:30 a.m. una persona (hombre) del hotel nos estuvo hostigando a mi familia y a mi, se la paso todo el tiempo vigilándonos de manera directa e insistente lo cual es incomodo, y al momento de retirarnos me dijo que no podía retirarme hasta que acomodara las mezas y las sillas, cabe señalar que ya habíamos levantado los residuos, tazas y platos que se utilizaron, se me puso muy muy agresivo y la chica que estaba en recepción no le dijo nada pese a que se dio cuenta, no le hice caso y lo ignore para evitar una confrontación a golpes pues me dio la impresión que eso buscaba el empleado del hotel por la forma en que se paraba delante impidiéndome el paso, no regresare a ese hotel.
