"There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation."

"The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night. There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer."

"Breakfast disappears early with no restocking. Was empty by 8:30 when breakfast ran until 10:00. Watch your charges. Last the a $50 extra charge appeared in our credit card. Told it was a mistake but credit card company had to fight it."

"Hotel is complete trash. Our room was not even cleaned. Looks like they went in and picked up trash and made the beds with dirty sheets. When I went to front desk they kept saying my room was clean and they didn't have any other rooms. I practically had to beg for clean sheets to put on myself. When I asked housekeeping the next day to clean our room because it was completely dirty. They came in and swept but that was it and they put the dirty stuff on the floor piled back up on the bed....

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible neighborhood. They dont even have a front desk clerk...they literally outsourced it to India. You check in through a machine with an Indian dude on camera who was impossible to understand. 100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The room was beyond nasty. It smelled horrible, because they were busy we failed to request a clean room. Big mistake. It was a torturous 2 days in a filthy room. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Bed lines didn’t look like they had been changed. Carpet was disgusting. Room was hot, from previous guests leaving the heat on. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy . I would never stay in such a dive again, nor would I recommend it to others. If i could give it zero stars i would!!"
