"Great experience. Beautiful beach, 3 pools, friendly non-pushy staff, plenty of pool seating, clean rooms, great fitness center, free water daily, decent food, quality covered self parking. The only negative we noticed is that the hallways in our area were loud because there was laminate floors due to beach/pool access. Walls are a little thin. But, no issue with sleeping at all."

"This was my 2nd stay at The Thompson, and I again found it to be perfect! I love the design of the hotel and the well appointed rooms. Very clean, comfortable, and cool vibe. We also had an excellent view of the river from our room. And best of all, super dog friendly, including plenty of green space directly outside of the hotel. A+++++"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There was plenty to do, the amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!"
