Nice hotel. Rooms are beautiful, however you can hear whats above / below or next to you - just hope you dont get a screaming child. This child also screamed most of the time in pool and as its a courtyard it just echoed. I dont think this hotel is built for children. The aircon also made a huge noise (played the recording for them) I couldnt sleep first night. Moving me downstairs was better. Its a 40min drive to Fortaleza town but more convenient for Beach Park. Dining options arent great....

We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the café and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to...
