"The entrance to the room was dangerous. The staircase was super narrow (2 spiral flights, plus a loft), myself and my dog almost fell down. What made it worse was the automatic light would randomly shut off while traversing the stairs. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Bathroom was dirty, trash was there when I showed up, and I believe the sheets were dirty. I ended up itching all over the next morning and may have had some allergic reaction. I couldnt wait to check out and left 3 hours early....

"Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague."
