"The location was great for the event we were attending. The renovations and the room sizes were nice. If the property is using a third party cleaner, they aren’t doing them any favors. There was sand and pet hair in the beds, unflushed toilet paper, and the floors left our feet black. There was an issue with the door locks and after trying for more the 20 minute to get ahold of someone through call and text (including someone answering our call to the number on their door only for them to tell us they had nothing do to with the property) we finally were able to get someone to answer the phone only for them to be sarcastic and hateful.
