"A beautiful hotel! We were very pleasantly greeted by the staff and all staff during our stay was exceptional and professional. We were upgraded to a very large room with a bed in a loft. The room spacious and beautiful. I would mention the metal spiral staircase leading to the bed a bit challenging and the bed area a bit warm. The bed, linens and towels all very good.the location was perfect. I will definitely return to this property! "

"Wonderful hotel in Monterosso, nicely situated near restaurants and town but still secluded. Rom was small but clean and well equipped. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. "

"Our first time in PORTOFINO/Santa Margherita area. The hotel is pretty close to everything, 5-10 minutes easy walks. The best thing about the property is the beautiful view from the balcony. My room was not ready when we arrived, and they gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of selections and worth the money. The only issue (a non-issue for me) was the outdated bathroom on the 4th floor and that’s due to leaks around the small squared shaped sliding shower doors. I didn’t mind having an extra towel on the floor during showering time. If seeing very small black mold bothers you, then don’t come here. BUT the view OF THE SEA, convenient location, breakfast buffet, clean pool and friendly staff should make up for it in a big time. "
