"We stayed 2 nights. There was no maid service and no fresh towels, but an envelope asking for a tip for the maid. The room was relatively large and comfortable. We were above the pizza restaurant, which was noisy until about 9 pm."

"Property has potential but we had problems. Faucet handle loose, poor shower, key lock system is a joke, TVs are old and few channels. However the office TV did get a lot log cable channels. No labels on shampoo, conditioner or body wash and no bar soap in the tiny bathroom. Mattress uncomfortable and if you do want breakfast, it is available at the gas station next door for a price. Since it’s located in a valley we had no cell service and their WiFi was average. "

"The hotel was very clean and located very close to the Capitol National reef park. Through expedia, we booked double bed option for 2 adults and 2 kids. However, our room was with king bed. The staff mentioned that they would not have allowed 4 people in one room with king bed if it was booked through them directly. We got extra comforter for 1 night due to pre booked hotel. Amenities were great. Carry food or be ready to drive 20 min to a closer town which offers great options for American. Mexican food. Overall. Would have given 5 star if our booking was done correctly through expedia. No other complaints."

"The Casitas is the perfect little place to stay when passing through Torrey. The location is perfect for visiting Capital Reef NP. Casitas is cozy and much better than a hotel room. It had everything needed. It was clean inside and out. The check in process was very easy with no issues at all. Would for sure stay here again! "
