The staff were excellent. The breakfast very good . Had parking nearby. The hotel is a bit dated and your hear noise from the road which makes sleeping difficult. Bathroom door leaked ( big puddle after shower). I was clean but very basic hotel.

The hotel is ok for the price, but our room at the front was very noisy and we didn’t get any sleep. Breakfast was basic. Parking is a bonus though small spaces.

Hotel Oslo offers clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great breakfast served on the top floor, featuring an amazing view of the city. However, the hotel’s maintenance could use some improvement — the shower was leaking, and the elevator floor could use a touch-up. The average nightly rate also seems about 20–30% higher than similar hotels in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location and breakfast, but a bit of maintenance and pricing adjustment would make it even better.

My husband and I were touring around Portugal for 9 days so we had many hotel bookings. When we got to Coimbra I kept in mind some of the less than desirable reviews on this hotel. Well being from the NY/NJ area we are use to being inconvenienced. There was nothing inconvenient about this hotel. You can pull up in front, unload and there is a gratis parking garage right across the street. The hotel has been renovated and we upgraded our room to a room with a balcony for 35 euro. The rooms are clean, the balcony and rooftop views were great. It's an older city so buildings are older in appearance. This hotel is a fine place to stay when traveling through. The breakfast was also very nice.

The hotel needs a re furbishment, hotel room was dated in decor but the shower was abysmal, if you happened to be on the large size there would be no way you could have used it. Breakfast was reasonable but the clearing of tables if you didn’t get in early was hit or miss for a clean table.
