"The room was clean and staff were nice the hotel is just older and you can feel that in the hallways and rooms. It was a place to stay for the night and we enjoyed it and there were areas that were modernized. Parking was almost $50 a night but the next closet parking was a few blocks unless you wanted to find street parking."

"I ask for them to fix my light on top of my sink for 4 days nobody went and fix it. Housekeeping was excellent not problem. One of the lady’s at the front desk went we arrived was rude with the hostess not me and I ask for a room with two bed they give me one king."

"Prior to the appointment I had called to talk with someone about getting a room facing the water. However when I got there the person at the front desk made it seem as though the number I called was incorrect and after showing the number I called, I was told that it was the resort number but sometimes the people on the other side of the phone are not at the property so the information I was given about my room being able to change. The room we had was nice overall but would have been nicer. The location was central to where we needed to go. There was a concierge person (older woman) who gave my partner and me suggestions for M & S for lunch and an appetizer card, which was helpful. Overall, a good stay."
