"Lovely room. Enjoyed the modestly heated pool/hot tub. Sauna was nice. We didn’t use the steam room or the quiet room but they were available. We sat out on balcony in am with great views of the nearby mountains"

"This hotel was amazing. The town was spectacular. The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."

"Beautiful hotel, with modern conveniences and old world charm. Very convenient if you are arriving and leaving by train. The only draw back is the bedding arrangement. Two twin beds are pushed together if you request a double room for 2 - Because the beds are two se pare furniture pieces, there is quite a large gab between. Not comfortable set up if you are a couple!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"Very easy check in, delicious breakfast in the morning, room was clean. Only downside was that we were unable to get the AC to work, and opening the windows let the bugs in."
