Rooms clean, excellent showers. Air conditioning worked well in all the rooms, keeping a constant temperature. Swimming pool very useful. Had to use towels from room to go to pool 😟, unless you paid extra for replacements. All in all though great find, and location was perfect to head out to Pisa via the train.

We wanted a quiet hotel away from the city but close to the airport.( 14 km) This was ideal a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast. They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office.

Very nice modern hotel. Travelling by bus very easy with bus stop right outside hotel. Approx 15 mins to airport about 15 euros by taxi. Lovely restaurant at end of road. Breakfast buffet style. Would definitely stay again

Set in a beautiful courtyard, lovely lounge and breakfast area with drink and cake on offer during the day. Great room and comfortable bed. Able to walk to most touristy locations and a short ride from airport / station. Would recommend and stay on another visit.

The staff were super friendly and nice, and the room was clean, though the furniture felt a bit dated. There weren't any 220V sockets near the bed. The bed was comfy, and it's a 19-minute walk to the train station and 5 to the supermarket.

It’s new and very clean and communication is very clear with entry.

Lovely room in a great location. Close to the tower and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is in a really nice coffee shop/restaurant nearby. It was so nice we went back later in the day for a coffee before returning to the airport to fly home. One word of warning - we had trouble getting a cab to the airport and had to walk from the hotel to the train station to get a cab. It's an 11 minute walk, and it's something that you might want to bear in mind. Apparently there is only one cab company...

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back

We loved our short stay. This has to be the cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in, spotless !! It’s in a perfect location for both airport and train station and a short walk into Pisa city centre. Michele was so helpful, answering any questions promptly. He also gave us a good recommendation for the best pizza in Pisa We will definitely stay again when we return to Tuscany

I spent two nights with my wife at this hotel, the first and the last of our bank holiday trip to Toscana, because though we wanted to visit mainly Florence, flying to Pisa was cheaper. This hotel was very close to the airport, 5 minutes by taxi, very modern and not expensive at all. Ideal location Helpful friendly staffs Popular restaurant 3 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to bus station Leaning tower of Pisa only 10 minutes bus ride from station WiFi good. Highly recommended for the price. Will definitely recommend to friends n family.

Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

Yes it is a bit away from the centre but a 20 min bus ride for €1.20 is well worth it.Breakfast as expected as it is continental but everything on offer.Staff very good especially Eliza who went out of her way to help advise and assist.It is on the flight path but you do not stay in the hotel all day and there are no flights at night.Shower a bit small but nothing wrong with spray as it can be adjusted.(Lever on cap).Comfortable bed with extra pillows if required.Pizzeria just down the road and...
