"The rooms were infested with flies. The original room we booked had over 20 flies. They were all in the facial tissues and everything. The staff was nice enough to move us to a different room. The second room had about 10. We got rid of them but they just seem to keep coming back slowly. (We think from the ceiling tiles that were open). The overall place definitely needs an upgrade, not like the pictures. Also we stayed for the long weekend and there were people constantly talking/yelling,...

"Room was very cold before we entered- had to adjust thermostat. The entrance door stuck/chaffed in the frame and had to be opened and closed with some forced applied"
