"The hotel was very clean, staff helpful. There is parking, but I didn’t need it as there is a tram link into the city & uber also comes to the hotel. If you need your room cleaned during your stay you do have to ask for this."

"Great hotel"

"The staff were very friendly. They offered a lot of tips on shopping and dining options a few meters away. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable."

"Comfortable room and although location is away from amenities they were only a 10 minute walk away"

"A bit far from the main train station but close main shopping area that leads to the old town. There are several restaurants, bakeries, etc. Staff were very helpful and nice! Love the beer serve in the 0.2L Glasses."

"Clean room, very nice stay"

"From my arrival the welcome was warm and friendly and the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. Well located and within walking distance of the main shopping area. "

"Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, fairly well located - about a 20 minute walk to the kolner dom. The streets nearby have interesting restaurants, stores and shops. It’s close to other nice sites (Melaten cemetery is about 20 minutes walk, the old medieval walls are just around the corner). The staff are particularly nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend."
