Aparthotels in Cologne Government Region

Great location, rooms great, shower great, easy to get in and out the building, can be a little noisy if you leave your window open at night. great place to stay

Hotel really modern and clean and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a modern, fairly quiet area. The bridge to the cathedral and main town is a short walk away and the Messe/Deutz station is only a couple of minutes walk away. Overall, a lovely apartment hotel in a great location

Brilliant place for a family to stay

Excellent stay, hotel staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Perfect location, near to all the popular landmarks, we didn't have to pay for for travel once! Only negative would be that the wifi connection is only strong in the waiting area near the reception. It didn't work in our rooms. Apart from that, its definitely a place where I would stay again!

Good location to the train station and centre. Very spacious room and decent size shower. As a downside there were not too many plug sockets so we had to share one by the bed, and the towels provided were kind of small.

The clean room and balcony were great, though the table could have been taller for outdoor dining. Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal.

Really easy to checkin yourself. Room was clean and tidy, had everything I needed.

I found the whole self service process to be very effective, the room was clean, the bed was SUPER comfortable, enjoyed my stay here. The ability to extend my checkout through the app was put to good use when I got back to the hotel late the night before. Had a small personal preference problem with one of the rooms and the staff were very quick to respond, changed to another room the next night without too much trouble. Was very pleased with the customer service. I will use another Numa...

Nice property in student accommodation block

Fabulously clean, new, friendly staff. Perfectly appointed. Rita in reception was friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend
