"This was our first stop in Sri Lanka. The location was excellent, super close to the city centre but in a slightly quieter part of town, close to great restaurants, cafes and shops. "The room was fine and nothing negative to say, but the 4th floor where our room was (including our room of 418) stank of stale smoke. There is such a pungent smell of smoke that has seaped into the carpet and walls it's really unpleasant - our room was bad but the corridor was so bad we genuinely had to hold our nose/breath when coming out the room to go to the lift. Would not recommend "

We booked the honeymoon retreat spa treatment which was fantastic and incredibly relaxing. We thorough enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the future "
