Very strong smell of mould in the room, leaking toilet, insects in the toilet, noise from the other rooms and corridor, sounded like water was dropping from the ceiling through the night. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights but we couldn’t stand it longer than 1 night. We didnt receive any money back because we were charged before we even saw the room.

Hotel schrecklich!! Die angeben details auf der Website stimmen absolut nicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig und unsere Klima funktionierte nicht. Daher ließen wir die ganze Nacht den Ventilator laufen, der jedoch sehr laut war. Im Gebäude gibt es keine Fenster, dadurch auch kein Tageslicht. Atmosphäre im "hotel wie in einem Stundenhotel!! Wlan gab es nur im Aufenthaltsraum nicht wie auf der Website angegeben im ganzen Hotel , der Aufenthaltsraum war, Rezeption sowie auch Frühstück Raum. Im ganzen hotel herrschte außerdem ein unangenehm Geruch. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Wasser. Positiv war jedoch das Frühstück.

ok aber haut nicht vom Hocker

Es war eh OK, aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht so überzeugend. Kein Fenster ausser im Bad und dadurch riecht es abgestanden und man muss Klimaanlage und Ventilator einschalten,... Wand und Dekorkopfpolster waren schmutzig und auch das Klo für den Preis nicht sauber genug. Aber laut war es nicht und auch prinzipiell die Angestellten freundlich und die Dusche warm.

overall good value for budget overnight stay

The staff were extremly helpful here . i had problems with visa application and they really helped me out. The room had no windows but cable tv internet worked well. bed was a litle lumpy.

初めてのコロンボの滞在で土地勘がなくこのホテルを選びましたが、なんとも言えない混沌とした街中にあり、かといって観光するのに起点とするには少し外れにあり、夜は安全な感じではありませんでした。 wifiはロビーでのみ使えますが、スピードは遅く何度も落ちて環境はあまり良くありませんでした。

A gem near the jewelry district

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk or taxi ride from many interesting sites in the city. The views aren’t great, (not from my room at least,) but this is a good deal for a traveler on a budget.

Does exactly what it says on the tin !!

It was cheap and cheerful and £32pp a night was perfect. It was safe and secure, however tuc tuc drivers struggled to locate hotel. GPS on iPhone still works in airplane mode so saved us. We paid £15 each to use the cinnamon river side hotels pool for the day !!

Had what it needed for a overnight stay.

I arrived quite late at night and left the next morning. The staff in the reception were friendly and helpful about seeing to my questions and my comfort. Very quick and attentive. The room had what was needed for a overnight stay and the bed was comfortable.

BAD EXPERIANCE OF VISIT TO COLOMBO.

Room service was not good. Staff was not bothered to change the towel, bed sheets, supply toiletaries, even after the end of my 5 days stay. I had to repeatedly request for the service. Breakfast was called for from the next door restarant. Limited choice of breakfast. Overall not happy during my stay between 8th October to 13th October, 2016.
