Luz exterior de pasillo no se apaga , no te deja dormir bien porque no hay manera de bloquearla y se cuela por la ventana. Habia cabello ajeno en las dos camas. El baño pésimo. "Un lugar comodo, acogedor, tranquilo, personal honesto (les dimos por error un billete de 500 de mas y nos lo regresaron) muy amables y atentos, lo unico que pudieran mejorar es en tener estacionamiento, se observo un terreno a un costado que serviria muy bien para ello, pero todo excelente."

"El desayuno esta a tiempo 7:00 a.m. Todo muy limpio y muy buena atención del personal. En mi opinión son suficientes los cuatro guisos que presentan. Cada día varia el menú. Además, la fruta es fresca, hay yogurt natural y de sabor, granola, hot cakes todos los días agua fresca de dos sabores, leche entera y deslactosada. Pan de barra natural e integral y obvio, café también. "

"We were gets so warmly as soon as we got in. The hotel is just a gem of a place. Classic beauty and the room to fully spread out comfortably. We stayed in the Candelaria Suite which boasted it's private outdoor terrace, literally a few feet from the pool. I can't explain how luxurious it felt to just nest with my husband in the most confien king size bed and wake up to the enormous windows with a beautiful view of the jungle mountains. Our goal is now to come back for a visit until we stay in...

"The resort has great beaches and delicious, but overpriced food. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable beds."

"Room was very clean! Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was a continental breakfast. Air conditioning was great. I would definitely stay here again, especially because we were going to a concert at vidante. The water park wasn't ice bonus because if you choose to stay there you can go because it is included with the price and just to mention so is the breakfast"
