Special thanks to the floor managers of Clove at breakfast, who noticed my parents (now in their 80's) had low mobility - always ensured that we were seated close to the breakfast buffet. Room had all amenities needed. Staff were so pleasant and gracious. Upon hearing it was a birthday trip, provided us with a cake and balloons and sang happy birthday!
