"Very clean and quiet. New lock pad system was sensitive to use and could not get into room at first. First night no heat. Next day got a portable room heater to use. No staff on duty in evening. Had to call someone for help getting into room."

"The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. "

"I had a terrible experience, no staff to assist at front desk, no toilet papers in washroom, washroom door lock isn’t working, flush is having problem. Never gonna stay here again. "

"Page 2 of review for April 4, 2026. The manager called the police to have us arrested for tresspassing. My husband and I are seniors and our son who was with us is disabled. The police came to the hotel and spoke with us. We talked to them about out situation and they told us we would not be arrested. They left and in a few minutes they came back, handed us two room keys and said an anonomys donation was made on our behalf and we had a room for one night. We were very excited and so grateful....

"Room was clean, but the pool had no towels. Also, the breakfast was awful. And be aware that the road is a divided highway, so you can only turn right into it (and there's no U-turns at the closest intersections)"
