"The shower and sink did not have hot water. I stayed one night and discovered this in the morning when I was getting ready to leave.
When I left the hotel, I went downstairs to check out. After being ignored for about a minute, I told the guy at the desk that the hot water was out in the room. He didn't acknowledge me or make eye contact. He said "you stayed one night, here's your receipt" while staring at his phone and computer. He didn't say anything you would expect such as "I'm sorry to hear that" or "we'll take a look at that". Just nothing.
Other than basic things like the hot water not working and receiving zero customer service, the hotel itself is below mid and overpriced place. The hallways were dirty and several of the exterior doors didn't work. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you can but there aren't a lot of good options in this area."
