"I made a reservation for three nights so my kids could swim each night. When we arrived we learned the pool was closed. I asked if we could stay just one night due to the pool being closed and go stay somewhere that had a pool open. Staff told me yes and that I would only be charged for the single night we stayed. When I checked my credit card, I had been charged for three nights."

"This was probably the worst experience I have had with this chain. It started when I went to check in; there was no greeting from the front desk staff, and they never looked at me. They were unclear about the directions to my room. I wanted ice for the room and found out I had to ask the front desk, and they would go into a room, get ice, and bring it to me. Again, when I asked for ice, the staff was not friendly. As for breakfast, they were out of many items, and the only fruit available...
