The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything you could need. The owners were very responsive. The area was walkable with bus stops nearby. I really enjoyed my stay.
Clean room. Clear instructions for virtual check-in and check-out. Convenient to Manitou Springs at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay in for a few days in Colorado Springs. The location was ideal for all things to see around the area. Would stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was very quick to answer calls. Place was clean when we arrived and located in the center of everything. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with as far utensils go. Make sure you take spices which they were kind enough to remind me of. Unfortunately it is very loud you can hear the busy street. The solar lights in the alley going up the stairs to penthouse were out which was understandable considering there was high winds a day before however we stayed from Dec 20th-Dec 24th and they were never fixed so it was terrible going up especially because the sunset at 5pm and we did notify them of it. The living room could definitely use some more lighting we ended up moving the lamps from the rooms to light it up more. Parking is not the best.
Super nice. So cozy in the morning with a nice cup of coffee!!! And at night...oh my, the bed was incredible. We were so impressed we came home and ordered an adjustable bed!!!!
Grocery store across the street and so nearby to lots of other fun things.
Such a cute property. I enjoyed walking down to Old Colorado City and having dinner and checking out the shops. Super convenient to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. I would stay again!
The experience was good. The quality and condition of the room were also good. Convenient location, bring that it was Saturday, the locals were out and about. The hotel is on a major thorough fare so it was a bit loud. You have your own kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, a coffeemaker and ground coffee. pots and pans, a small fridge TV, direct WiFi a comfortable bed, a small couch and a 3 piece bathroom. The only thing I might change but is highly unlikely is the parking. Other than that excellent stay
It was an affordable place to stay that was clean and orderly. You can hear the road noise from inside but it did not bother us. We arrived late and had no problems getting in or finding it. We would stay here again.
Nice property, easy check-in/check-out. Overall comfortable stay, however parking was very limited. I was not keen on parking a rental vehicle on a dark street, out of sight from the hotel, in a state I'd not been in. Luckily, everything turned out fine, but that was my main downfall.
The place was great. Super clean, in great condition, the bed is really comfortable. The kitchen has a cutting board, knife and basic utensils, which was super helpful since I brought my own food. It’s not noisy and super close to Garden of the Gods, I definitely recommend it.
We had an awesome time staying here. The place was quiet and very comfortable with lots of charm. For what we paid for the room this was a great value. We sent most of our time out hiking and exploring the area. when we were done, this was a great place to clean up and crash. the room was awesome, the bathroom was awesome. If you are looking for a simple place to go and explore the area and don't need a resort to keep you entertained and don't want to break the bank on a room, this is your place! I'm planning another visit to the area next year and am planning on coming back.

It is not very quiet. The area is safe but the front door is constantly slightly ajar, letting in cold air and traffic noise. Regardless, fairly good place.
The mirror is placed a little too high to see into if you are vertically challenged. I met 2 girls outside on the bench putting on makeup with hand mirrors because of the same thing. Otherwise it’s perfect for 1 or 2 people. Great location.
The location of this place was GREAT, aside from the noise of the street as they are not so insulated. We truly loved out stay here overall, but a few things that would be helpful if they were fixed- the shower was not great. The water pressure was bad because it would come out of the bath faucet at the same time, and seemed like if someone else turned on their water, that it would even half from that. It would also be so helpful to have a towel rack for a hand towel, and a little table over the back of the toilet or something would be so helpful. Otherwise, lots of character and everything we needed inside! Loved the cute little coffee bar, nd overall, a comfortable stay. Thank you!
