"This hotel was not as advertised. The pictures on website look nothing like the actual hotel. The hotel does not even have a sign in front of the building like the picture leads you to believe.
Their claim of amenities are a complete lie.
Upon arrival no one is at the front desk. You have to call a number and they come down and check you in.
The first room stank of a sewage smell and we were moved to another room. The sheets did not appear to be washed and the floor was dirty.
The hotel claims that they serve breakfast when in fact they don’t. There was no breakfast or even coffee available at all. At no time was anyone at the concierge desk, you always have to call a number for them to come down.
The first floor and lobby are left unattended all the time. Anyone can walk into the hotel at any hour of the day and access all the floors of the hotel, incredibly unsafe.
When I wanted to check out there was no one there, they told me to just leave the room key on the front desk. "
