"WiFi didn’t work, staff at water park lost and found didn’t even know English. Lost a phone and staff was useless except Hades, but not sure she knew what of phone was what. Very disappointed for the company rice. Hades not advertised properly for those with health complications"

"The only negative is they do charge $21.00 per car for parking. It’s overpriced on top of the room prices. Room prices have reached the limits for normal blue collar workers. I believe SOON it will take its toll on the massive water park resorts. The Dells in general is now out priced. You can fly and stay at Disney for what the Dells prices are."

"Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
