Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay

"The Clayton Plaza continues to be a an excellent hotel. From the staff, the cleanliness of the room, to the always great breakfast this gem of a hotel cannot be beat! Although the elevator to our room was not working, the service elevator was even clean and the employees kept apologizing and keeping everyone updated on the repairs. When visiting St Louis, we will always make the Clayton Plaza our choice"

"The Principal Hotel is a jewel. Accommodations were very adequate. The staff was super friendly and the surrounding area was quaint. My issues are the room needed a little more cleaning, i.e. lots of hair left in the sofa bed along with food crumbs and Carmex. Next, a fan was constantly running and could not be turned off so the room was mostly always freezing for us. The space was large and more then enough room for everyone."
