"Safe and convenient place to stay. A few items to note - free internet is only on one device. I needed 2. The carpets could do with a clean. The sink was not draining properly. The water in the shower needed aeration. Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. Don’t understand why they charge $100 in incidentals when there is no way you can spend that on anything. Disappointed that they wanted me to wait 5-10 business days to get a return on my card. "I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg.
