We enjoyed our stay and the staff is excellent! All of them were so helpful and friendly! Big plus and will be staying here again. The bed was too firm for me but some like that. The shower made a squeaky noise but other than that it was a great stay!!

The best staff ever

The staff here is the best!! My son left a stuffed animal in the bed sheets and the staff located it and kept it for us till we could come get it. It is a precious stuffed animal he has had for many years. Also, several ladies at the front desk were wonderful and treated us like family. It’s customer service like this that makes a place special.

The staff was really nice, helpful, and professional. The room was just ok. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. One of the bed white comforter had a stain and the floor behind both head of the beds had not been swept. Luckily I was travel alone and the other bed was fine. The location is in a pretty convenient spot, however it is also near a train track that came through blasting it horns about 1:30a-2a. Due to the limited options in the area, this hotel is the better choice.

The sheets were dirty on the bed, the walls and carpet was dirty, the rooms are very small, the shower handle was broken, and the remote control didn’t work! Horrible experience!
