They said they are overbooked, and they did not have empty room, actually they ruined my weekend and my trip, and really this is the worst experience ever with hotels, the it even worse there was no vaccant room in Columbus on the 21st,terrible experience, just credit my money back.

This property looks like something that the owners bought after it had been sitting for a few years. The guys checking me in were not very nice and it was very unorganized. They never told us what time the"breakfast" was. The room had a hot shower but that is about it. The bed was hard and i didn't even get the king I reserved. The air conditioner worked but leaked everywhere and definitely was falling off the wall. Just not great

You get what you pay for! This hotel was dirt cheap, and as a result, there was no shortage of dirt and grime. The exterior was run down, overgrown and surrounded by rat traps. One was even propping open a door. The staff was pleasant enough. If not slightly disengaged. The interior smelled old and musty. The hallways reeked of smoke and other substances It was also very hot inside. The rooms felt neglected. Everything felt uncleaned or like a rush job was done. The beds were comfortable enough. And the room had working AC. But the bathroom was a wreck. The sink drained so slowly you might as well say it was fully clogged. The toilet nearly broke after 1 flush. The bathtub had a constant leak. And a few small beetles were discovered hiding under the bath matt. They lived a a crack under the sink area. The staff never came in to make the bed or change towels a single time in a 4 night stay. Overall everything just felt dirty, neglected and uncared for. So, if you can get through the awful smell and dont mind a bit of grime, this place is a steal at its price. Like I said above, you get what you pay for.. Dirt cheap rooms that reek of dirt and filth. I think in the future, I will just pay a little more a night and stay someplace that doesn't make me feel like a roach or rat could be living on every surface.

These rooms do not look like the online photographs. Our room was dirty. Most of the lights didn’t work. They were stains all over the beds, smells, sketchy place etc. We asked for a different clean room and the next room they took us to was so hot and the air wouldn’t work and wasn’t much cleaner. We left in disgust asking for a refund. He said he couldn’t give one at that time. We went over to comfort in and suites and got a different room. Please refund us for the misrepresentations of the first hotel or direct us how to do so.

This place is horrible. The rooms have broken furniture. We were there 4 nights and the room was never cleaned . We couldn’t get clean towels. When we asked for them the front desk said they didn’t have any because they needed to do laundry.

The room my son and I stayed in seemed clean when it came to the bathroom and the bed to sleep in. However, it was horribly unkept. Our shower/tub was cracked, toilet paper was stuffed down the sink so it clogged up, there was a huge hole in the wall and I could stare into the inside of the wall, it was extremely dusty and hangers weren’t put away. I will never stay here again. This place need remodeling badly!!!

Staffs are definitely great and well mannered. Delicious breakfast varieties, nice cozy beds and it was a great stay!

The property was falling apart. Dirt dripping down the walls, stains and holes everywhere, the pool was "drained and closed for the season" but that was never disclosed in their advertising on their website or the booking site, and they didn't even notify us when we were checking in, the "free continental breakfast" was a complete joke. Nothing available but an expired cartoon of milk, a couple packages of old muffins, no batter for the waffle makers, no other drinks, just nothing available, breakfast was stated to be available from 7 am to 9 am and there was nothing available at all during that time, they required a security deposit on top of the actual payment that was not listed on the booking site, their website, or my reciept... So I don't think I'll even get that back like I should. I SHOULD be getting a FULL REFUND. Only gave 2 thin pillows for a king bed and thin sheets, the heater in the room looked like it would or has caught fire, no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was mold growing in the bathroom too ... this place was ridiculous and should be SHUT DOWN!!! On the other side of the fence behind where we had to park was a camp of unhoused individuals. Do not stay here.

I travel often, and this hotel stood out! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessities. The staff was extremely courteous and ensured my stay was hassle-free. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

It was nasty! There was crackheads everywhere having bonfires! They were going drugs by the doors, yelling in the halls. Trash was everywhere. The room was full of trash and there were live roaches, the ac didn’t work, there was a weird smell and dirty bedding. The toilet was dirty and gross. I didn’t feel safe at all and it looks like they have cameras hidden. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Terrible. Dirty, poor neighborhood, drug needles in parking lot. I defy anybody to prove anything other than a one star review as legitimate. Expedia should take this hotel off and I am going to demand a refund. We did NOT stay the night.
