Had such a terrible experience. Kathy at the front desk told me to swim in my tub when I seemed disappointed the pool was closed without any notice online. There was no tub… so that was just her being extremely snotty and rude. Will NOT be returning because of that interaction.

Very nice staff. Restaurant food and breakfast was very good. Swim area was really fun and had a great indoor water park feel. Hotel needs some updates like new carpet and paint in the pool to make it worthy of 5 stars.

QUiet, comfortable, and full breakfast

Nice and quiet, seemed very clean and the bed were fantastic! Breakfast was full of choices, both hot and cold. The indoor pool, which was the reason we stayed here was too cold to enter, and much smaller then the photo angle make it look.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. A couple of items detracted from our experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm. The front desk clerk was away doing other things elsewhere in the hotel. It was 10 -15 minutes before she returned. Seems like a staffing issue as I don't believe there were any other Quality Inn staff on the premises at the time. The other issue was with getting access to the Wifi. In attempting to access, I was taken to a site where I entered my last name and room number. It then offered to allow me to join Choice Privileges, which I'm already a member, or watch a short Ad. There was no place to log into my Choice Privileges account. So, I opted to watch the short ad, but once completed, I was taken back to the screen to enter my last name and room number and start the process all over again. Given the issue at check-in, I decided not to try to contact the front desk and used the hot spot on my cell phone instead.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The only complaints that I would have is for some reason our room had no shower curtain or liner to shower. Also at breakfast my fiancé got milk and it was sour.

The property itself was clean, but our room had old moldy food in the refrigerator and the staff that night seemed indifferent to it. The Mexican restaurant on site was fantastic and its staff were amazing and a lot of fun. Good breakfast. Just wished they would have acted a bit more caring about our discovery and could have actually guaranteed us our room had been cleaned. Everything else in the room seemed ok, and it was comfortable but had an odor after we opened the fridge.
