"very clean room and kind, helpful staff. the motion sensor light in bathroom is a bad idea. light goes off after 10 min. but if you take a 20 min shower, you’re twice in pitch black waving your arm from the shower trying to get the light back on. despite that annoyance, it’s so clean I would stay here again"

"The staff was ok greeting us. The property is nice and clean. The pool had a bit too much film on the surface it for my liking, but otherwise was ok. There were pool noodles in it for my daughter so that was nice. The room was big and comfortable. There is a “Starbucks” place, but no one seemed to man it so we didn’t even try. The area seems ok, just outside the freeway with easy way to get back on. Plenty of food places near by."

"Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent. "

"The cleaning staff tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times while we were sleeping. It was prior to Check out. It startled us and woke us up each time and then it was very hard to go back to sleep. When I told the desk employee at check out about it, she don’t even apologize. We lost valuable sleep because of this and it made the days festivities less enjoyable. We used to stay here always but will now reconsider. Also there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door or we would have done that. "
