"This is a nicely located hotel, with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. It's a short 10-minute walk to the historic center, and the neighborhood is modern and clean, surrounded by greenery. There's a great grocery and market right across the street. The price for the area is good. The rooms are ok, if a bit worn. My main issues are with the hard memory foam pillows (which are never comfortable) and the noise between rooms, from the sides and above. All the floors are hard surfaces so you...

"Staff was mostly great and responsive to make things right in every way. There was “one thing” that has yet to be completed but I’m hope it will be? Location was in the heart of old town and easily walkable to most historic sites bars and restaurants. Sound proofing was great for this inner city property. If you require laundry facilities this is your place. I will modify this review once the “one thing” is completed to my liking."

"Beautifully designed property surrounded by local farms and close to the quaint village of Tazones, only a 25 minute drive to Villaviciosa. You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"El apartamento en sí, no está mal, pero hubo cosas que deberían mejorar: - Faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama y toallas para un tercer huésped, nos dimos cuenta sobre las 22h y tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el establecimiento, los cuales, se encargaron de traerlas muy rápido (al César, lo que es del César...) - El edredón para el sofá cama, estaba hecho un gurruño dentro del canapé de la cama. - Una de las almohadas, tenía manchada la funda y la otra con una mancha enorme por dentro...

"The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...

"Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay."
