"This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The staff was exceptionally friendly and really made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good and included eggs and quite tasty biscuits and gravy made with sausage. They also had good-sized coffee cups and invited guests to take coffee to go which I very happily accepted. The two ladies who were working at the breakfast buffet were absolutely delightful."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that there was no remote for the TV. We called the desk and were told that someone would bring one, but no one did. Breakfast was a bit lacking."

"One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. Luckily we found her in the hallway to let her know. And hotel is located on a major street which has a lot of traffic noice and sirens until very late at night. "

"They need microwaves and desks/tables in the room. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have those amenities."
