"This place is independently owned and the owners show pride. The room and common areas were spotless. The breakfast had choices and was very good. The mattress must be new, it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. I will stay here again. "

"We were traveling Route 66 and our first stop was the Gateway Arch. This hotel was convenient loc a Ted directly across the river from the arch plus the casino gave us something fun to do at night. Parking was great, right next to hotel!"

"Staff was super friendly. I felt safe there. It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. The breakfast was just OK. It was worth it for the price. The view of the arch was amazing. Just a very old building that needs updated. "

"The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly.
I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked.
Otherwise great staff...

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"We enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the bar, however we left some precious items behind in a drawer and called to collect them that evening only to find they said they weren't there. They explained housekeeping goes through everything once a guest leaves so it is apparent that housekeeping has kept our items which is disappointing.
I have called back several times to be put through to the housekeeping manager and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but...
