"We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... "We stayed for five nights in a king room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat we ended up buying new ones and using those. "Luxury room was not Luxury. Door adjacent to the next room and they kept banging on it. The bathroom was very old and tired. Needed redecorating and things replaced or fixed.
