"When we arrived, the lobby was not air conditioned so waiting to check in was hot (it was approximately 95 degrees outside). When we got to the room, the sofabed that my daughter was supposed to sleep on was covered in hair (hopefully dog hair and not human hair). "This was an absolutely terrible stay, and I highly advise everyone to book elsewhere. The room conditions were completely unacceptable. The carpet was disgusting, there were visible leak spots on the ceiling, and the bathroom was covered in both pink and black mold.To make matters worse, the amenities are a total scam. They prominently display a sign advertising a continental breakfast with hot cooked food like eggs and meat. In reality, it was a joke—nothing but dry cereal and toast.The...

"I "specifically" requested receipt to be emailed but I never received. Today I had to submit my expenses and wasted so much time in calling them and following up. Such a waste of time. I travel almost every month so I really do not have time for such wastage of time as it all adds up... just NO NO for me!"

"Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast were one of the best that I have had In a hotel that includes breakfast with the price. It’s located in a great area with a lot of choices for shopping and food. It was very close to my daughter‘s house who we were visiting, Located very close to the interstate-easy off/on. Pretty close to Mount Rose Highway if you’re going up to the north side of Lake Tahoe. Or you can stay on the interstate and go a little further down to Carson City (about 30 minutes)...

"Rooms were spacious however our card never worked to enter the building we were staying in. We were told we needed to walk around to the other side of the building located inside the courtyard. The outside door was left propped open during the day. Pool was completely closed and TV in the room didn’t work, no maintenance person onsite when we reported it. Staff was nice and appreciated our ability to bring our dogs."

"This property is conveniently located. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the in room kitchen. The muffins and coffee in the AM were nice. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Rooms are a little older in condition but the shower and bed were fine! Would definitely stay again!"
