"The room was noisy and warm. We could hear slamming doors and voices into the night and we could not get the room to cool down to sleep comfortably. The hotel was in a convenient location to the airport though and we were able to get a cheap uber in the morning to our flight."

"Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine. "Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"

"Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

"Parking was pre-paid but the number plate recognition did not work even once. The restaurant is only open for bar food, and only Friday to Sunday. The restaurant was noisy.
There is only a bar to buy drinks Fri to Sun. Room service over the Easter weekend had to be specifically requested each day (presumably to save on staff penalty rates)."
