"Really clean, small rooms in the funky heart of Flatbush. The hotel owner was really helpful, holding the 2nd key and taking my friend's name after I checked in so he could get a key while I was out. Also forgot to mention we might be back after midnight and ended up getting back after 3 from a friend's wedding, but there was someone at reception checking people in so no worries. AC blasted cold, but fully controllable. Only complaint is the toilet seat (in 405) didn't fully fit the toilet so it looked a little dicey (but held up), the elevator doors stay open a very long time, and the room was a little smaller than it looked in the pics. Everything else was dialed. 9.8 stars."

"The room was clean and ready for early check in. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did check it out while I was getting my coffee. It looked very good and it was so much more than the usual continental breakfast at most places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. It is also conveniently located close to Coney Island Beach but out of the hustle and bustle area."

"Very happy with this afffordable, very clean, friendly and confortable hotel. Good beds, modern, renovated with everything you need and very quiet, we slept very well. We also loved that the front parking and breakfast are included. We are coming back soon. Com: small bedroom."
