"Our host Brenda was very warm and welcoming; she even put our melting chocolate in her freezer for us. It was the hottest day on record and she made sure we were comfortable and cool in our room. Breakfast was top notch in addition to self-serve juice, toast, yogurt, cereal, granola, etc. She made sure we were all satisfied and her staff helper was very attentive to our needs. "Great location. Parking next door at Spanish Arch parking garage.., turns were tight to get up to upper levels. Short walk to hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Windows worked great to block the noise from the street…. But the bars below and across the street were lots of fun. The gin bar at The Front Door around the corner was fabulous. Loved our stay in Galway."

"Location of Eyre Square townhouse was wonderful and very convenient to so many areas of interest. It was incredibly clean and they did facilitate an early check-in. Although no one was available to inquire on our arrival day before 9 AM. The two bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family."

"Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...
