"They didn’t believe that the breakfast was included and I had to show them 2 times although it should be updated on their end that it’s included"

"the hotel staff told me they did not receive my reservation and keep denying my entry for three hours! They gave an excuse of their system having issue! So is it my responsibility to fix their system? How ridiculous! I have to contact expedia to resolve this issue. Totally it took around four hours to get me checked in."

"Very good Hotel excellent facilities."

"Shower cutting was broke. The WiFi system was down! For foreigner travelers would be a nightmare since we don’t have a local phone to use internet!!!"

"Beware that the pin is in the wrong place on Google Maps (600m away!) even though the street address is correct. Modern cool hotel. Front desk English minimal but good enough. We enjoyed the location."

"Parts of the property was under renovation. As a five-star hotel that host international travelers, I’d expect the hotel to be better maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
