"You can always tell when you walk in your socks whether they clean the floors or not. I think they don't do it very often. At breakfast someone burned a waffle and the staff didn't clean the machine all weekend long, so there were no waffles available. they have such a limited breakfast buffet that made a big difference. So we avoided breakfast there most mornings. I guess the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day so that wasn't available either. Towels were thin and our shower took 5 minutes to...

"We loved our stay here! The street leading up to the hotel was deceiving but the hotel was nice and tucked behind a coffee shop that we love!"

"No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. "

"Recent update project wasn't completed. Bathroom area was noticably not finished. Room was comfortable, parking was limited to to front & sides but convenient, breakfast was comparable to most that offer this. Price was lower than most properties like this "

And they take your money after you check out.$57 charge after checkout apparently because we didn’t put the cushions back on the bed bug infested couch. The pool is so cold it’s unusable. All in all find another hotel this one is trash on all levels. "

"We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out "
