"Friendly, formative staff. After a long busy week/weekend, this was the perfect quiet break. Close to everything, restaurants on both sides. Minutes from where I needed to complete business and shopping. The softest, most plush towels I’ve ever experienced in an hotel and I’ve stayed in some really high end hotels such as the Broadmoor Colorado Springs… (maybe they just brought in all new towels? Not sure, truly memorable!)"

"The employees here clearly take pride in their work. The room was clean, the staff were probably some of the friendliest that I have encountered at a hotel, and the breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts. We stayed here for the Little Rock Marathon weekend, and it was the perfect distance to walk to the race and not have to deal with parking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My stay was excellent up until we lost power for several hours and it was very frustrating and hot this happened in the night so it was very uncomfortable but other than that I will stay there again "

"The breakfast menu was lacking. For example, no orange juice, packaged sugar/flavored outmeal rather than regular unsweetened, pork only sausage, no toast. Also it was difficult to sleep bc of the very bright lights from the parking lot. The curtains did not fully cover the windows and there were no blinds."

"The bathroom was a bit shabby. Toilet lid was loose. The tub was very slippery. The hair dryer was loose on the wall. The whole bathroom needs an update. HOWEVER, the rest of the room was just fine. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice. The front desk workers, both at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was usual hotel breakfast, but it was good! "
